Remedies for chicken pox
can i use sea salt for my child’s chicken pox

Chicken pox is viral. Assess your child's condition: skin eruptions, fever, itchiness etc. If the chicken pox is on its last stage, when the crust/blister is started to heal, this i can suggest to have salty bath (not to apply salt directly on your child skin). As salt will help in drying the blisters and prevent infection.
MOreover, good amount of fresh fruits will help to increase healing process (especially the citrus one). Increase protein consumtpion if necessary too.
