Questions on swollen ankles and knees
My ankles and knees seem to swell up when I do a lot of walking. They look as if I retain allot of water, when I bend down my knees feel very tight. What would you recommend?

First thing is check your Blood pressure, better to check also the renal function test (and urinalysis). These tests will let you know how your kidney functions and if there is reason for water retention. Also, proper mobility (i.
e., exercise will help you to have proper circulation and venous flow). Decrease salt (or maybe even better if you cut salt from your diet) as salt retains water in the body.
Elevate lower limbs from time to time and do some leg movement if standing a lot. Never sit crossed ledgs as this impedes blood flow.
