Health advice and home remedies for asthma

hi my niece has asthma she is 2 years old..lately she was down with flu,fever and cough..can i still use lemon juice to bring down the fever ?..does it effect her asthma? and can you advise me remedy how to cure

The asthma may be caused due of an allergic reaction to something. The allergen has to be identified and avoided as far as possible. Take steps taken to boost your niece’s immune system by making sure that she eats well balanced meals.

Try to keep her as stress free as possible as anxiety can trigger asthma attacks.

Lemon juice has Vitamin C which is known to boost immunity. Some people may feel that it is aggravating asthma, hence if it doesn’t suit her please stop using it.
