Fat is a unburnt fuel, to be used in famine and starvation case. increase calories out over calories in. Combustion of fat requires oxygen, no scientist recognised this so far, except a yogi named Baba Ramdev in India. He is now more well known than even prime misnister!


SWimming, Pranayama tackle central obsity, also known as visceral obesity. Once fat is reduced from this area, liver become fat burner rather than generator, provided some oxygen is available and lymph movement occurs as a result of exercise.
