Try these simple remedies:-
1) Use a weak carbolic acid lotion or mix a solution of baking soda and apply it over the itchy part. This is an old and trusted remedy.
2) Oatmeal is a good moisturizing cleanser.
Avoid using soap and use this to cleanse your body and face even while showering. Pat dry yourself after bath (do not rub your skin), then mix almond oil with castor or mineral oil and apply to skin to keep it hydrated.
3) Apply milk on the itchy area, let it dry and wash off.
4) Avoid stress and anxiety and try to remain as cool as possible.
