My Sister is 35 years old , she is suffering from Anaemia , her height is 5.4 inches, weight is 64 kgs , blood heamoglobin is 4.2 , very less than actual . Tell me what can be done.

Hi, my sister had a plastic anaemia, and found that her blood count would rise up when she had been eating mandarins that my nanny grew, you could try this. hope it helps.
