Vinegar and water douches are effective but do not use them frequently. Clean the odor generating area and a few drops of tea tree oil mixed with some water. It could cause burning in some people. Hence test the solution on the inside of your elbow. Just 2-3 drops in a ½ teaspoon water should be fine. Dilute with water if it causes burning.
