Take a glass of warm water, add one lemon juice to it. add 2 pinches sea salt, 2 pinches turmeric powder to it along with 1 tsp honey and drink this 3 times a day. This boosts immune system and also gives hydration for the system. It also helps in killing the cholera bacilli.

Take one medicum sized onion. If you get the one with white skin, better. Grind it in kitchen blender along with 7 black peppers. Take this mixture  2-3 times each day.

Mix 1 glass of fresh juice prepared from cucumber leaves and 1 glass of coconut water. Take 30-60 ml, twice a day or more to overcome the problem of excessive thirst.
