Try these home remedies for mouth ulcers –

•Boil 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves in 2 cups water. Cover with a lid and  strain after 30 minutes. Use this water to gargle 3- 4 times a day.

•Dip glycerin in a cotton ball and dab it on the affected area. This is a  very effective remedy for mouth ulcers.

•Chew holy basil leaves (holy basil) with a piece of sugar candy 3-4 times a  day.

Holy basil will help fight your ulcer.

•Eat raw tomatoes or drink tomato juice to get rid of the ulcers.

•Avoid too spicy and oily foods; this will help the ulcer to heal fast.

Mouth ulcers or canker sores are red blisters on the tongue or on the roof or walls of the mouth. Masticating tulasi leaves is highly beneficial. A warm gargle with salt water proves effective.
