Homeopathic Hypericum can often relieve some of the nerve pain associated with shingles. Other immune system supportive treatments, such as castor oil packs, dry skin brushing, hydrastis, echinacea etc. may decrease the duration of the attack. Keeping the immune system strong and understanding your triggers are important aspects of prevention.
