Natural remedies to get rid of blackheads

blackheads on nose indicate something wrong with ovaries or insulin resistance. Do following for one fortnight and check if it helps:

Soak 1 tsp fenugreek seeds in 1 cup water and drink this water next morning emoty stomach.

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder to be licked in 1 tsp honey  at beginning of meals.

Walking barefoot early morning on wet grass.
