I can understand and empathize with you for having endured the agony of external piles, apart from a major surgery like kidney transplant and for facing weight loss and hair loss. Your kidney transplant necessitates great care in the treatment of piles, due to which the medication options are really limited. You have thoughtfully considered the ideal alternative to overcome all your problems by thinking about home remedies.

To begin with, I’d strongly recommend you to consult your doctor about the home remedies given here so that none of them contain any constituent that would interfere with medicines prescribed by the doctor. To heal the external piles, due to which there has been a swelling and reddening of area outside the anus, you can use natural astringents like Witch hazel , honey, Cranesbill and Aloe vera. All of these are known for their healing properties. Another solution you can opt for is to take three or four figs, wash them with hot water and soak them overnight. In the morning and in evening, drink the figs-soaked water once you have eaten the figs. The seeds of the figs are highly beneficial in curing piles as the seeds boost peristaltic movement of the intestines. This remedy will also help you in gaining weight. Radish is another food item that you can use to cure piles. Mix 10 grams of radish with one teaspoon of honey and have it twice a day. Another simple way to cure piles is to crush white radish and apply it over the affected area. A paste of the crushed seeds of bitter gourd or roasted or skinned onion applied on the affected area will also give you encouraging results.

As for the weight loss and hair loss problems that are accompanying your piles distress, one of the most effective things you can do to deal with all of them is having a healthy, balanced diet and drinking lots of water. To gain weight, have a couple of bananas daily along with milk. You can also have honey followed by a glass of hot milk or mangoes along with milk. They are recommended in the treatment of piles too. To control hair loss, maintain a regular hair care program: start using hair conditioner and deep condition your hair at least once a month. Oil your hair regularly. Keep your mind stress-free and patiently continue with these tips. Look after your health and let that be the priority.

Hemorrhoids or piles is the offspring of constipation. High fibre foods are recommended.

Hair loss is a result of improper lifestyle, poor dietary regimen and heredity. Lavender oil (one teaspoon) mixed in a bootle of coconut oil proves beneficial.
