Exercise tips for tummy tuck

I am eighteen years old and i am about 160lbs and my height is 5'0. I need to lose stomach fat, any suggestions?

In accordance to your age and height status, you appear to be overweight by about 40 lbs. For optimum weight loss, it is necessary to adhere to a combination of exercise and diet. The process of healthy weigh loss is gradual, so you need to be patient.


Avoid sticking to a routine that you dislike and will not follow, as for sure you won't stay with it for long. The key to successful weight loss is to watch what you eat, and burn more energy than your consume.

Dietary advice for weight loss
  • Drink a glass of lime juice daily, with a little honey and warm water
  • Never skip meals, particularly breakfast. Consume healthy snacks in between meals. Eating regularly offers uniform energy and prevents binge eating and hunger pangs.
  • Consume lots of salads, but avoid replacing your meals only with salads, and stay away from salad dressings - such as mayonnaise and other seasonings that have high fat content.
  • Avoid empty calories such as carbonated beverages
Exercise for weight loss
Exercising regularly not helps to lose weight, but individuals who exercise regularly are more successful at losing weight and keeping it off.
  • Brisk walking, swimming and jogging are great to burn calories and stay fit
  • Do Aerobics
  • Practice Yoga, such as kapalbhati, cobra pose and suryanamas
