It is likely that you have an ulcer developing, with slight internal bleeding. U can try, just for a week, glycerrhiza glabra powder. Another name is Licorice.
Its roots are powdered and taken as medicine. it reduces acidity of the gastric juices and also helps in strenghtening gastric mucosa and healing and coating the ulcer. u can have it about 3gms thrice a day with water. Within half an hour after meals.

Without a much more complete history it is difficult to identify a real cause for your cramps. However, you may have a food sensitivity and be reacting to the black cherry concentrate. You may also be reacting to the sugars and high carbohydrate content of this food. You may benefit from some probiotics without fructo-oligosaccharides to help re-balance your digestive system. Seek the advice of a trained health care professional to take a good history and help you re-balance your digestive system.
