Constipation occurs when stools turn very hard and it becomes difficult to go to the bathroom. Constipation can occur due to any number of reasons but largely all are dietary reasons like less water and green vegetables in your diet. Less fiber in your diet leads to constipation.
Consumption of less water, ignoring the urge to go the bathroom and even pregnancy can cause constipation and it often is a chronic condition.
Treatment for chronic constipation is simple. Constipation can be relieved with natural remedies. You can try natural remedies to relieve constipation in adults, in babies and in pregnant women. Short term remedies include castor oil, colon cleanses with enemas and stool softeners. You can also adopt healthier ways to ensure that you don’t suffer from constipation. Eat more whole grains like oats and rye along with more fruits and vegetables. Remember to drink enough water that could go up to 10 glasses every day. Exercising can also help cure constipation. For babies, try rubbing a little castor oil on their tummies. For pregnant women, constipation is quite a common condition. Increasing the fiber in your diet will considerably help. As you are growing in size, being constipated and pregnant is a relatively common thing. Constipation can also be one of the side effects of piles as people who suffer from piles will inadvertently avoid going to the bathroom to prevent the piles from aggravating.
Piles refer to the inflammation of varicose veins inside or just outside the rectum. If piles is on the outside, there is usually a lot of pain but if the piles is on the inside, there tends to be a lot of bleeding. This is called bleeding piles. We will tell you how treat piles with natural treatments. Piles tend to be a chronic condition in adults and can be treated naturally. It can also occur when you are pregnant and is also common in children. Let’s see how piles can be treated at home. You can soak a few dried figs in water and have the figs with that water first thing every morning. Repeat the same process in the evening. After a few weeks the seeds in figs give relief to the intestines and thereby reduce the suffering from piles. Dried mango seeds, ground into a powder, are also known to stop bleeding piles. The juice of white radish mixed with honey or with salt, can be had up to twice a day for piles. White radish made into a paste in milk can also be applied on infected areas. Onion juice with sugar is believed to really help bleeding piles. An enema of wheatgrass juice with lukewarm water helps detoxify the rectum.
Having yogurt as part of your every day food can really help. Adding ground mustard seeds to the yogurt is even more beneficial to reduce suffering of piles. Buttermilk with fresh pepper and rock salt is a good remedy for piles on an urgent basis. Carrot juice with fresh goat’s milk that has been curdled is a good and quick remedy for bleeding piles. An application of coconut oil on the infected area especially in pregnant women, really reduces the pain caused by piles. This however does not cure the condition. Powders of roasted black cumin seeds and regular cumin seeds in a glass of cold water is known to stop bleeding piles. You can prevent piles with some simple tips. Home remedies for piles treatment includes not eating spicy food. Piles also aggravates because of chronic constipation. You should not eat heavy foods like lentils, meats, pickles and fried food. Foods you should also avoid are asafetida, bitter melon, jaggery, mustard oil and salt. The aim is to make your stools soft so that it does not aggravate your rectum.

Hi,A lot of junk food can clog up arteries,i think a good diet of veggies and fruit (pears are good to help with constipation)Not to many or you will have the other problem, drink at least three large glasses of water though out the day, my gran ALWAYS had a warm glass of water first thing in the morning, she swore it kept her bowels moving properly. Sorry mate change your diet< make junk food a once aweek thing and im sure you will find your relief, give it time though, its takin alot of junk food to get you here,so will take some time (maybe 3-4days) to help put right, other BIG problems can happen with to mch junky food, some will put you in hospital under the scalpel, so a change now may ward off future problems.
