What i understand you are suffering from Sciatica, for this you need to do some exercises,so for exercise you go to Physiotherapist and you will be fine in a week.

You need to avoid the wrong movements and do the right exercises that help tp re-align your spinal column.

Hi, Sorry only suggestion i can make is, if disk is in lower part of back  wear a elastic back band,( much like the ones that motor cross riders wear,) to help disc back into place and lessen any more strain on that area, my hubby likes his so much he wears his daily to help prevent injury.   Hope this helps
