Remedies for pain in spine & rib cage
Aches pain near spine upper right side, chiropractor adjusted gave relief but have pain around rib cage in front under right breast that catches me, very sore for a week now.

Any problem with body’s skeletal system especially spine interferes with the normal functioning of the body and also lowers body’s resistance to diseases.
Exact diagnosis of the problem is very essential, consult a specialist who would do it and recommend certain medications and lifestyle changes. Until then you can put a warm water bag on the sore area to reduce swelling and pain.
