The question of reduction within a month is not a guarantee, though all your right efforts can do wonders! For a rather large tummy, abdominal exercises should be done in conjugation with aerobics or jogging. Strict control of the tongue is essential in combatting this.
Avoid fatty fried foods, sweets and other non-fibrous refined foods. Breathing exercises are effective. Warming up, prior to exercise performance is necessary.
Stomach crunches is the basic form of abdominal exercise, with bent knees, hands behind the head, feet and back on the floor. Reverse crunches by lying flat and lifting the legs in a perpendicular fashion, also proves beneficial. Stretches are recommended at the end, to prevent muscle tear.
