Fitness tips for tummy & hips

i am 28 yrs old lady. i weigh 58 kgs.i have round tummy and have problems with heavy hips.....

58 kg is not really worrisome. But if your fat is stored around bellybuttom, then yes, it is a cause for worry. Large hips, no worry unless they have started sagging. Check your arm. do you find flabbiness from elbow joint to shoulder. if there is soft fat, then it is worth worrying.
