I am boy of 20 year old, I want to know how can I remove my black spot and my pimples.



The presence of pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and black spots are all different forms of acne. This is the most common skin ailment that affects both men and women alike, within the age groups of twelve to twenty four years. acne can be caused when the spores of your skin are blocked by dirt, oil secretions and sweat accumulations. However, pimples can be caused by numerous reasons, some of which are -

  • Hormonal imbalances during the stage of puberty
  • Following an unhealthy diet and improper food intake
  • Lack of water in the body
  • Leading a sedentary lifestyle
  • Incorrect skin care
  • High levels of stress
  • Using unsuitable or greasy cosmetics, creams or other face products
  • Constipation

In order to eradicate pimples permanently and keep them away, you may first need to look at your lifestyle and make some long term changes.

Fortunately, there are also many natural remedies available, to help you get rid of your pimples:

  • Use sandalwood powder, mixed with rosewater, to make an aromatic and smooth paste. Applying the paste on your face overnight will control the acne and lighten your black spots
  • Rub fresh garlic on your pimples everyday. Even though garlic may smell unpleasant, it will help you get rid of your acne, without leaving a scar.
  • Take the peels of lemons or oranges and pound them to a paste, using a little water. Apply this paste to the acne affected areas regularly.
  • Apply grated cucumber on the acne affected area and leave it on for fifteen minutes, after which you can wash it off with water. This will prevent not only pimples and black spots, but also dryness of the face.
  • Make a mixture using a teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of tomato juice and half a teaspoon of camphor lotion. Apply this mixture directly on your pimples and rinse it after fifteen minutes, first with lukewarm water and then with cold water. This will help lighten your dark spots

Apart from this, you need to follow a healthy diet to arrest the development of more pimples, which eventually lead to black spots. Drink at least fifteen glasses of water a day. Avoid consuming oily, spicy and fried food, as well as food that is high in sugar content. The intake of alcohol, coffee and tea should be limited. Ensure that your diet consists mainly of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Exercise regularly, to improve the circulation of blood to all the parts of your body, including your face. This will improve the tone of your skin, thereby reducing acne problems.
