Fibroids happen to become dormant and even contract after menopause. But if you desire to conceive or are suffering from excess, irregular bleeding, distention, etc you may carry out castor oil fomentation in addition to Kanchnar Guggulu 2 Tabs 3 times a day, after breakfast and two meals, slight chew and swallow with water or milk if you are not allergic to milk. Fibroids are non-cancerous (benign) growths of the uterus they are also called as uterine myomas, fibromyomas or leiomyomas.

Most uterine fibroids are harmless, do not cause symptoms, and shrink with menopause but some women with fibroids often have longer periods that may last seven or more days. These periods may be unusually heavy. Heavy bleeding may also cause anemia and weakness.

          When fibroid is bigger in size  may cause pressure on other organ  leading to discomfort in lower abdomen ,urinary frequency ,pain during intercourse ,constipation ,back ache etc.

           In very few cases fibroids may be cause of infertility.
