Information on surgery for thyroid

Are there any medicines that i can take to stop the enlargement of my left thyroid or do i need surgery?

Thyroid enlargement is often accompanied by insulin resistance also. please check up if that is so. Weight gain is often seen. Following remedies are suggested.

Soak 1 tsp fenugreek seeds in a cup of water overnight. Drink water next morning empty stoamach.

Kanchnar guggulu, 2 tabs each 250 mg, can be taken after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Slight chew and swallow with water, or crush in honey and lick slowly. You may have to take these tablets for 2 months minimum. They can be purchased online.

If you can get, you may take Trifla and trikatu equal quantity mixture, after adding 10% Loh Bhasma in it and licking in honey after meals.
