A low fat diet is recommended after gall bladder removal. Constipation is avoided by increasing fluids and fibre in the diet. Fast foods and processed foods are to be avoided, due to the hidden fat. Vegetables and fruits are consumed and visible fat is limited to 2-3 teaspoons per day.
