Much can be done with diet and supplements, guidelines are to eat your food slowly and chewing well, not to drink any fluids with your meals, no coffee, tea, chocolate, wheat or commercially prepared foods, no artificial additives, flavours or colours, no alcohol, soft drink, no red meat. Try to eat organic foods. Daily yoga asanas, relaxation and meditation. Daily walking barefoot on the dewy grass. Strenuous exercise each day for 20 -30 minutes. Working in nature every day. Watching what you read and see on TV - only choosing positive and healthy mental intake. If you have the resilience to do all this you would notice an enormous difference.
