Cure for the Common Cold

I am affected by frequent cold with running nose. When I take medicines, it disappears for a while and reappear as the medicine effect is gone. Your valuable advice is appreciated to prevent my freqent cold.

The common cold is an extremely annoying and is named so appropriately, because of the annoying frequency with which it occurs. Although most people do suffer from a cold and runny nose on various occasions, for most it is not frequent and recurring.   • Garlic possesses antiseptic properties that make it particularly effective as a remedy for the common cold. You could simply chew a clove of garlic or consume garlic soup. Garlic oil mixed with onion juice and water can also serve as an effective remedy.
  • Ginger is another useful natural ingredient. Simply cut fine slices and boil them in water. Allow it to simmer for a while after which you can strain and drink the liquid, with a little sugar or honey added. This is an extremely effective remedy.
