You can find pudinhara soft gel capsules in most of the medical stores in India. Pudinhara is effectively used for stomach upsets, stomach pain, flatulence, nausea and indigestion. Its main ingredients are pure peppermint oil and spearmint oil derived form Mentha piperita and Mentha spicata that are organically cultivated in river irrigated areas of North India.
