Cures for torn ligament

I have recurring ringworm that I can't get rid of and have been prescribed Ketaconazole in cream and tablet form. How can I get rid of it for good?

Knee joint is the largest joint in the body and is also prone to many movements. But to heal a torn knee ligament it is very important to rest your knee and have minimum movements.
Apply ice packs on the knee to reduce the swelling and pain followed by compressing the joint.

Keep the knee in elevated position to reducing swelling and pain (especially while sleeping at night).
Physiotherapy sessions or mild knee exercises later may also be helpful to strengthen the knee muscles after it is healed.
Consult a specialist if the pain increases, as if it is a grade 3 tear it might even require a surgery.
