High blood creatinine is generally associated with kidney malfunction. High levels of RBCs in blood can be due to dehydration, hypoxia (decreased oxygen in blood), obstructive lung disease or congestive heart failure. For exact diagnosis and treatment consult a specialist and treat the cause.
