Remedies for hot/cold sweat
What to do for a hot /cold sweat?

- Wear comfortable clean cotton or linen clothes.
- Use baby powder in more sweat prone areas and keep the area clean.
- Use an antiperspirant or deodorants; you can also use underarm pads if you want to avoid the sweat marks on your clothes.
- Ingestion of certain foods in diet like onions, garlic, spices and alcohol tends to carry their aroma in the sweat. So limit its consumption.
- Be calm; too much anger, anxiety and excitement is also a cause for sweating. Relax and try to meditate daily.
