Ear wax problem
Have you heard of using peroxide in the ear to loosen the ear wax?

I've heard of people attempting to use a variety of methods to remove ear wax. I do not recommend peroxide because of the irritation to the ear canal/TM. What tends to work with my patients are over the counter ear wax softening agents (available in your pharmacy.
) and ear lavage (flushing the ear with warm water using a syringe.) To ensure your body can eliminate ear wax effectively, ensure your diet contains alot of omega-3 fatty acids (like in fish oils) and you are drinking a sufficient amount of pure/filtered water daily. http://www.countrydoc.com Dr. Karen Benton, Naturopathic Physician
