Remedies for hair loss
My hair is falling out. Not the normal hair loss, either. I don't use chemicals and I keep it clean. Also, I don't have any bald spots. It just keeps falling out and feeling thinner.

Loosing strands of hair daily is very disheartening. You can control that with these simple home remedies. - Rub your scalp with the tip of your fingers after hair wash to promote circulation in the scalp region.
- Boil dry indian gooseberry pieces in coconut oil and strain. Apply this oil regularly to promote thick hair growing on your scalp.
- Prepare natural shampoo using indian gooseberry juice and lime juice in equal proportions to wash hair. This will also stimulate hair growth and prevent hair loss.
- Fresh amaranth juice when applied on the scalp will also promote hair growth and will keep the hair soft.
- Have a balanced meal roughly including nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, milk, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet to provide adequate amounts of essential nutrients.
- Avoid any kind of stress, as hair is very sensitive to stress.
