Treatment for red puffy eyes
Suffering from red puffy eye with discharge.

- Splash your face with cold water to improve blood circulation.
- Place cold moist tea bags on the outer side of your eyelids, the tannins in tea will help to reduce the puffiness and swelling.
- Lightly tap the upper and lower eyelids with your finger tips for better circulation.
- If the discharge is watery wipe it with tissue and discard the tissue to avoid infection to spread.
- Drink enough water and get adequate sleep at regular intervals.
If the redness and discharge remains longer, consult a specialist (ophthalmologist) to treat the problem.
