I am doing the lemonade diet,(three days) is it normal for the stools to be like diarrhea?

Diarrhea is not normal to occur while on a lemonade diet. On the other hand to promote adequate peristaltic movements of the intestine and to avoid constipation, herbal teas and sea salt in warm water is taken along with this diet to flush the colon.
However in some cases on the 2nd or 3rd day mild diarrhea can occur which should be treated by drinking more fluids.

If you are only taking in fluids for 3 days it will cause the stools to be loose as well.
