Home Remedies for Bone Spur
My daughter has a bone spur. She has had surgery and it is worse now than it was. They gave her a cortisone shot and the skin is cracked open and very sore to the touch. Is their any home remedies for this. She has tried every

Tense muscles due to small additional misalignments can cause the pain so try to be aligned as much as possible. not all patients with bone spurs have pain but all with uneven tensed muscles will suffer pain. try to follow the recommended exercises of the Dorn Method.
