I cured my eyesight my myself doing practical research on eye exercises and Herbal medicine for the eyes. I had to completely change my diet to going Raw. But my eyesight was really bad and I also had astigmatizm in addition to myopia.
I usually suggest to start eating some berries in their raw or dried condition - bilberry, schizandra and hawthorn. The other remedies that you can take are Royal Jelly, Aloe Vera and Siberian Pine nuts.

A diet high in red, yellow and green fruits and vegetables may be helpful. Vitamin A, antioxidants, beta carotenes, zinc and anthocyanins have some correlation with maintaining good eye health. Blueberries/billberries are often another good source of some of these constituents. http://www.countrydoc.com Dr. Karen Benton, Naturopathic Physician
