How do I get rid of spider veins in a natural way?

Spider veins are smaller than varicose veins. Telangiectasias or spider veins, are red or blue and occur closer to the skin surface, than varicose veins. They are commonly seen on the face, nose, cheeks, thighs and chin.
This is due to theinefficiency of the vein in bringing the blood back towards the heart. They look like tree branches or spider webs and the walls of the veins are thinner and weaker than the walls of the arteries. The most simplest way of preventing spider veins is to avoid standing still, as it encourages the venous blood to pool.
