Bed wetting is a common problem experienced by every parent. Never scold a child for wetting the bed. Try to avoid liquids 2-4hours before sleeping. Eating a teaspoon of raisins and a walnut before bed is a good idea. Chewing on the bark of cinnamon, proves beneficial.
