Natural diet to increase stamina
How to increase stamina as I get tired very fast and cannot withstand exertion? Suggest some natural food??

A combination of protein (to build muscle), weight bearing and cardiovascular exercise will help you increase endurance and build muscle mass. If you are overweight, you may also need to change the food choices and alter your caloric intake. Aim for at least 80-90 grams of protein daily, provided your kidneys are functioning properly.
