Once you have showered apply cold water to the armpits to close the pores. You can dust with baking powder to reduce odour and absorb the perspiration. People sweat obviously from heat and from wearing synthetic clothing but mainly from fear.
When someone is not fearful he will not sweat excessively. A peaceful and relaxed state of mind, a good diet, plenty of pure water intake, clothes of natural fibre, non-residual body wash rather than soap whose residue can trap odour causing bacteria, all these things will help you.
