Weight is an important consideration for leg pain. You have not mentioned details such as your height, weight, occupation, age etc. Keep your weight under check and check out these home remedies:
- Cover a red flannel around your leg
- 2 teaspoons of fenugreek powder with water, in empty stomach is effective
- Massage with medicinal oils or steam bath proves effective
- Fish/Cod liver oil can be taken as such / as capsules
- Lie down flat and keep your legs in an elevated position (a pillow)
- Take a break while performing a job
- Refer to your physician for locally available rubs.
