Treatment for ingrown toenails
I have problems with ingrown toenails, on my big toe. I have been to the doctor, but I still get the same old problem. I try to cut them myself but it's very troublesome, any remedies? Thanks’ for ya help.

An ingrown toe nail is a serious condition which requires immediate attention. Washing the foot 4-5 times a day with an anti bacterial soap is vital. Keep it dry and clean and always wear exact fitting sandals.
Avoid high heels and tight-fitting sandals. Pay immediate care in case of any toe infection or injury, as these also contribute to problems.
