A mild eye twitch will generally resolve on its own, besides you can try this: - Splashing cold water on your eye 3-4 times in a day will help it to relax.
- Warm water compress will also help to relax the eyelid muscle.
- Keep your stress levels low, and learn to relax.
- Avoid caffeinated drinks and have a nice 8hrs sleep daily.
- Learn taking 5 minutes break while working on the computer to avoid stress on your eyes.
If the twitching is too severe then consult an eye specialist.

Reduce or cease substances which cause eyes to twitch, coffee and highly caffeinated beverages, look at the medications you are taking - including the alternative remedies - St John's Wort can cause this in some people - check your eye sight is OK, check your neck is aligned, that you get enough sleep and drink enough water.
