Change the position of the person suffering from bed sores often to avoid any extra pressure by the bones on the sores.
Change the bed sheet often (in case of bed wetting) and make sure that the mattress is clean and hygienic.
Apply vitamin E and aloe vera oil on the sores.
It would be beneficial.
Clean the sores with a mixture of witch hazel and myrrh/turmeric root/goldenseal at least 2-3 times a day.
Keep the person with bed sores well nourished with all the vital nutrients.
If hard and solid food intake is restricted then emphasize on mechanically mashed foods.

In a home situation I would say it would be almost impossible to cure a bedsore - depending on how bad or how big or how deep this might be. You could try soaking a cloth in colloidal silver and taping this to the site - but the patient must not lie on this area until the wound is healed. The patient can lie from the other side to the back and then half way between the two areas - OR if the bedsore is at the sacrum then the patient should be turned side to side or half way between the sacrum and the hip as long as the sore area is not in contact with the bed - use pillows or rolled up towels to support the patient so they do not roll onto other areas. The patient should be moved every hour to prevent this happening if the skin is in poor condition or every two hours if the skin is healthy - all areas should be kept clean and dry with a gentle wash and thorough drying 3 times a day and after every incontinence episode.
