Curing Pimples

there are very pimple on my skin please send me this treatment help me please i am really very tension thanks

Pimples and acne cause a lot of anxiety, especially among teenagers and adolescents. However it is not an actual cause for worry, as it is a natural phase in ones growing years. Pimples, although harmless in nature, occur on the face, which is often seen as a hindrance to ones aesthetic appeal!


Therefore I can understand your need to solve this condition that you are facing, instantaneously.  However it would be better for you to understand that pimples are a natural occurrence and cannot be eliminated overnight, as claimed by some of the companies selling over the counter remedies for the same. Pimples need to be treated with care as they could cause further infection if squeezed or scratched.




Using the following suggestions could help you alleviate your condition over a period of time and help you stay pimple-free thereafter.

  • Avoid bursting a pimple as this would help spread the infection further, additionally it would also leave behind ugly scars that would spoil your facial complexion permanently.
  • If you experience itching in and around a pimple you could use a cotton ball dipped in rose water to provide relief to your skin. Rose water will help soothe the inflamed skin effectively.
  • You can also make a paste using turmeric powder and rose water. Apply the paste on your pimples and then wash it off after 15 minutes using cold water. Turmeric is known for its anti-septic qualities. This will ensure that the pimple fades, without causing any further infection.
  • You could also make a paste using unflavored yogurt, fresh lemon extract and honey. Squeeze a fresh lemon into a bowl containing 4 – 5 tablespoons of yogurt. Add 2 - 3 teaspoons of honey to this concoction and mix it thoroughly. Apply this to your face evenly using a face brush. A face brush will eliminate the risk of bursting the pimple unintentionally. This face pack should be washed off using cold water after 15 – 20 minutes. Lemon acts as a bleaching agent. It also absorbs the excess oil produced by the skin, leaving it oil free. The yogurt soothes the skin and provides it with healthy bacteria that can help in skin regeneration. Honey will keep your skin moist and alleviate the possibility of it becoming excessively dry due to the lemon.

In addition to this, a dietary change would also help the body solve this condition internally. Replacing foods rich in saturated fats with fresh vegetables and fruits helps reduce the occurrence of hormonal imbalances and provides the body with essential vitamins and minerals for daily functions like the building of new skin cells. Drinking plenty of water would also help clear your body of harmful toxins, which would reflect in clear and flawless skin.
