Health advice for high blood pressure
My doctor has prescribed ramipril for high blood pressure and helps the kidney also, is there more natural product I can use?

Diet plays a very important role along with exercise in improving hypertension. Check out these tips: - Eat a balanced diet avoiding pickles, fried fatty foods, meat, egg, processed foods. - Mix half a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of onion juice and drink daily for 2 weeks.
- Celery leaves tea is helpful. - 2-3 garlic cloves per day is adviced. - Eating a papaya in an empty stomach for around 2 months prove beneficial.
