How can i do if my face have a lot of small acne?

Acne is caused by the blockage of the skin’s pores. Acne generally results in inflamed lesions called pimples. Pimples are raised hardened lumps that cause the skin around to be sore.


Since you have mentioned that you have lots of small acne, it is probable that you suffer from black heads or whiteheads. These are caused by the blockage of the pores but unlike pimples they are not inflamed. There are several ways in which you can treat these blackheads and whiteheads.


It is better to avoid cosmetic products meant for blackhead removal as most of them contain chemicals used as preservatives, dyes and perfumes. You should follow a daily skin care program to ensure that you get rid of this problem once and for all.

Wash your face as soon as you wake up. If you have oily skin, use warm water to get rid of the excess oil on the surface of your skin. If you have normal skin use lukewarm water to wash your face and if you have dry skin use cold water. Make sure that you use a face wash that is suited to your skin type. After you wash your face, apply a little lemon juice to your face and allow it to dry completely before you wash it off. Make sure that you rinse off the lemon juice before you go out as lemon juice reacts with sunlight and can cause your skin to darken. Applying lemon juice to your skin reduces sebum production. In addition to this since lemon juice is a mild acid it also helps to dissolve the blockages within the pores of your skin.

Use a facial scrub on a regular basis to keep your skin exfoliated. Exfoliation is important as it helps to get rid of the upper layer of grime, oil and dead skin. You can use your own homemade face scrub to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads. Soak a handful of radish seeds overnight and grind it into a paste the next morning. Add this paste along with a spoonful of rice flour or sugar to a small bowl. Use this as a face scrub to get rid of black heads and whiteheads. Use this scrub on a regular basis to keep your skin clean and free of all acne.  In addition to this, you should also cut down on the amount of unhealthy fats in your diet. Ensure that you have plenty of fruits as these help to keep your body and therefore your skin nourished. Drink an adequate amount of water so that your skin is constantly hydrated.
