Stomach Protruding
My stomach is protuding out much,How should I make it flat?

A protruding stomach is not uncommon especially if you are used to a sedentary life but eat balanced meals. The stomach and hip areas are the first to accumulate fat. If however your body is not receiving very large amounts of fat you will only have a little excess weight around your stomach.
People who have lost a lot of weight too often suffer from this problem as stomach fat is hard to get rid off. It is important to follow a regular exercise schedule as well as a healthy diet in order to get rid of this excess fat. Your diet should have ample amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fiber.
It is also important that you get the necessary daily amounts of vitamin and minerals. Fruits and vegetables contain plenty of nutrients and fiber and so you should have at least two servings of each per day. Fiber does not provide the body with nutrition but it helps with digestion and bowel movements. Fats are also essential to any diet but it is important to restrict your intake of fats to healthy fats only. Flaxseed oil, sunflower oil and fish oil are healthy oils that provide the body with essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
Your daily exercise schedule should consist of at least 30 minutes of brisk walking. It is important to warm up before you start your exercises as this helps to stretch the muscles. Without an adequate warm up routine, it is likely that your muscles can get strained or your tendons may tear. You can also swim or cycle as these are rigorous exercises that help to burn fat and tighten the abdominal muscles.
If there are no visible changes after 2 weeks of your new diet and exercise regimen, you should visit your doctor. A lack of proteins in the bloodstream can cause water to remain in the bloodstream which in turn causes edema in the abdominal area. In many cases, malnutrition coupled with parasitic infections can cause a protruding stomach. However, this is commonly seen in people suffering from eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia. There are also several medical conditions such as femoral hernia and hiatal hernia that can cause the protrusion of the stomach. Keep a diary maintaining your daily diet and exercise schedule so that your doctor will be able to make a more accurate diagnosis.
