Can you help me with rosacea ? Mine seems to be getting worse and I don't know why. I haven't ever been to the Dr for this.

Rosacea is a chronic inflammation of the skin of the face that causes redness and swelling which is not pleasing to a sight.

  • Apply cold compress for 10 minutes. This will help to constrict blood vessels and slow down inflammation.

  • Vitamin A in papaya, dark green vegetables, and yellow orange vegetables and fruits helps rosacea by strengthening capillaries and boosting the immune system.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol completely, as it makes rosacea worse.
  • Avoid hot beverages, hot or spicy foods, chocolates and over exposure to sunlight.

  • Use water based cosmetics and don’t irritate your skin by rubbing your face.
If left untreated, Rosacea can become quite severe and may cause permanent skin damage. Consult a dermatologist if it’s getting worse to know the exact cause and its treatment.
