- Chew and eat your food in a calm manner.
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder+a pinch of asafoetida+a pinch of rock salt+1 cup of warm water. Drink it once a day. - Avoid beans, onions, bran and cabbage in your diet.
- Mix 2 tsp of brandy with a cup of warm water.Drink it at bed time. - Drink water, after finishing your meal (after 15 mins). - Chew on some fresh ginger slices soaked in lime juice at the end of your meals. - Avoid eating before meals. - A drop of dill oil in a tsp of honey taken immediately after a meal proves beneficial.
