My job profile requires me to stand for long period of time. When I return home and relax, my feet start hurting. What can I do to ease the pain?

Leg and back pains are the most common among all sedentary and moderate workers. Try these remedies to relieve pain:
- Lie on the floor and elevate your legs on the sofa/pillow. - Put your legs in a tub of lukewarm water with essential oils like lavender oil.
- Massage your legs with lobelia, when you go to bed. - Place a ice pack on your legs. Hot packs also prove beneficial. For information on cramps, visit, http://www.home-remedies-for-you.com/remedy/Leg-Cramps.html
